Professor, Lord David Alton of Liverpool and Lord Richard Bishop Harries of Pentregarth spoke at the 2-day conference on 18th and 19th February 2014 at St George’s Cathedral, London. They utilised the opportunity to encourage the UK church communities and beyond to root out caste discrimination, which is the root cause of poverty for one third of the global poor.
